Rebel Reads is hosting a series of Ridiculous and Radical Fitness Sessions!
Ridiculous and Radical Workout 2 is taking place on Monday 24th of May at Rebel Reads.
This week it is Punk week and so our workout will be short, fast and loud!
Join us via Zoom ( just add your email here and we’ll send you a Zoom invite!), or you can watch along at the Rebel Reads, YouTube channel, for another session of crazy movements and exhilarating exercises with a specially curated soundtrack.
Come join us and work out in an open, inclusive environment, where having fund and strengthening our community is our top priority.
No fitness level necessary, every ability is welcome.
The sessions will be about 45 – 60 minutes.
